• Syringe Services Program (SSP)
  (free and anonymous)

  Providing sterile syringes and harm reduction supplies, safe disposal of syringes, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, harm reduction education, Narcan and overdose prevention training, referrals to treatment programs, condoms, safer sex information and case management services

  Walk In:

  • Tuesdays • 10 am – 2 pm at 15 Grove Street, Brattleboro

  Mobile delivery:

• Case Management for SSP members

  Using techniques from the evidence-based program CLEAR: Choosing Life: Empowerment! Action! Results! — a one-on-one intervention providing clients with the skills necessary to be able to make healthy choices for their lives.

• Confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing

• HIV and Hepatitis C educational presentations

  To groups and agencies in southern Vermont.
