• Syringe Services Program (SSP)
(free and anonymous)

  • Providing sterile syringes and harm reduction supplies, safe disposal of syringes, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, harm reduction education, Narcan and overdose prevention training, referrals to treatment programs, condoms, drug checking, safer sex information and case management services

    Walk In: 15 Grove Street, Brattleboro (times may vary)

    • Mon, Weds, Friday • 12 pm - 3pm Tuesdays • 10 am – 2 pm Friday • 10 am-12 am

    Mobile delivery:

• Care Coordination for SSP members

  • Using techniques from the evidence-based program CLEAR: Choosing Life: Empowerment! Action! Results! — a one-on-one intervention providing clients with the skills necessary to be able to make healthy choices for their lives.

• Confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing

• HIV and Hepatitis C educational
presentations

  • To groups and agencies in southern Vermont.
